RF channel power supply is a device that commonly used in aircraft and other aerospace equipment fields to provide power to electronic equipment. With increasing complication and integration of electronic product, whether the product state is health or fault have become increasingly prominent. The paper used a Gaussian Mixture Model (GMM model to assessment the power module health status of a typical radio frequency channel system. Through characterization factors analysis to determine health characterization parameters and advanced principal component to extract feature parameters, the health baseline state GMM and current state GMM is build. Then the power health model was established by calculating the overlap of the two GMMs and the health state can be received.
