COMPARISON OF EVONIK VESTAKEEP~R 5000 PEEK TO VICTREX~R 450 PEEK

The properties of EVONIK VESTAKEEP~R 5000 PEEK are compared to the properties of VICTREX~R 450 PEEK. Differences in processing parameters such as melting behavior, crystallization speed, and flow behavior are examined. Also compared are the typical properties produced from both resins by processing by hot compression molding, extrusion, and injection molding. Both short and long term physical properties are presented over a wide temperature range.
