In the period of transformation, the current situation and countermeasures of our national competitive basketball capital input and earnings is that the sources of fund tend to be multi-facetted, but the right of property is not clear enough; the way of profit is various, but the amount is limited. Therefore, we should accelerate the process of our national basketball professionalism, make the most of the tangible and intangible assets of basketball, look for many other ways of financing actively, and at the same time, use the successful operation experience of NBA industry as a source of reference. The development of physical culture needs a strong economic as the backing. Under system of the planned economy, the financial appropriation from the government is the only source of the national competitive basketball funds. Along with the establishment of socialist market economy and the reform of economic system, although the investment into competitive sports is increasing every year, yet the proportion of financial allocation in competitive basketball sports funds is gradually declined. With the rapid development of China's economic, the rapid expansion of social wealth and the full understanding about multiple functions of competitive basketball games, competitive basketball game has gained the gradual recognition of the community, the community funding of competitive basketball will become another important source of funding for basketball game. In our country, in the process of competitive basketball development, most of its funds come from clubs and professional basketball league. Therefore, this study will mainly analyze the source of the clubs' money and how much of it will be put into the professional basketball games.
