Building SMEs' Financing Supporting System to Solve Problems under Asymmetric Financing Information

Financing difficulties of SMEs is the world's problems. The explanation that uses modern economic theory is that both the information asymmetry between borrowers and lenders and excessive transaction costs cause these problems. This paper focuses on analyzing this explanation and setting up SME financing supporting system which adapt to Chinese characteristics.
