The Study of the Impacting Factors in the Process of Wealth Creation in Entrepreneurship and Their Relationships

Wealth creation is the ultimate objective to be achieved by entrepreneurship process. Entrepreneurship opportunities, resources and strategy is the focus of entrepreneurship research, but also key factors of wealth creation. Entrepreneurship opportunities is an entry point for the entrepreneurship process to carry out, entrepreneurship resources play a supportive role in the process,and the entrepreneurship strategy play as a guider in the opportunity identify and the integration of resources. The combination of three elements: opportunities, resources and strategies could construct the stability of enterprise development process. We argue that combination of three factors permits firms to exploit their competitive advantage while concurrently exploring for opportunities outside their current fields. Thus, enterprises how to combine identify external market opportunities and strategic integration of resources become the key to enterprises wealth creation.
