Packaging of a Tuneable Lens

摘要

A package solution for tuneable lens that guarantees high performances over the required environmental and operating conditions. The package has been designed to enable mechanical, optical and electrical integration of the MEMS tuneable Lens TLens in a camera module, while guaranteeing high performance of the optical tuneable lens component. The package concept from design/simulation, and the results from the reliability and performance are presented.
