Information system integration is a complex evolutionary process. There are many uncertain factors in the process of evolution. To achieve the maximum benefits, the enterprise must get an optimal integrated effect. This paper introduces a genetic algorithm based on analytical hierarchy process (AHP) to search the optimal effect of information system integration. The algorithm takes the enterprise leaders' personal preference degree of different indexes as the weight of variables in fitness function. It applies AHP treating the weights and introduces the individual life to select children. Then we give the detail description of the genetic algorithm.
