摘要

With the development of knowledge economy, universities, as the accumulation of knowledge workers, attach great importance to the knowledge-type HRM based on KM. This paper, starting with the current situation of HRs management in universities, analyzes the characteristics of knowledge-type HRs there and finds out the problems in the University HRs Management. From KM perspective, we explore the essence of knowledge-type HRs management in universities and propose strategies of HRM at colleges based on KM.
