Fake Products in Online Shops and the Legal Countermeasure in China

摘要

The success of online shops over offline shops depends on taking advantage and avoiding disadvantage of online shops. The problem of fake products is the main source of disadvantage of online shops and the development of online shops in the future needs the help of law to eliminate fake products. Current law needs to be changed in order to promote the sale of qualified products in online shops.
