摘要

In this paper, the key factors and their interrelationship influencing the coal mining workers' safety behaviors were analyzed. By adopting Systematic Dynamics (SD) theory and method, the dynamic analysis was made of these factors; based upon stimulation, prediction of the developmental trend in human safety behaviors was also made in coal mine enterprises under the conditions of a certain safety investment. As a consequence, the quantitative and dynamic relationship between safety investment increasing rate and the human safety behavior level was comparatively analyzed, with the hope of helping the managers make scientific decision on safety investment and providing a new thinking for the mining safety management decision.
