Management Control: The Reform from Hard to Soft Control

摘要

Under the conditions of economic globalization, busines' strategy, culture, ethics, philosophy, image, and others, these soft elements play a great role gradually, and management control must be reformed from hard to soft control. This paper discussed the inevitability of enterprises conducting soft control and illustrates the basic strategy of the implementation of soft control on the basis of defining the concept of soft control.
