Closure at the Irreducible Part of the Fourth Moment for the Case of Constant Coefficients in the Fokker‐Planck Equation

摘要

The problem of derivation of the kinetic equations for a plasma with a source is considered. A rigorous closure is obtained for the case of constant coefficients in the Fokker‐Planck equation with a Maxwellian source.
