In order to determine that the effect of geometric error to the machining accuracy is an important premise for the error compensation, a sensitivity analysis method of geometric error is presented based on multi-body system theory in this paper. An accuracy model of five-axis machine tool is established based on multi-body system theory, and with 37 geometric errors obtained through experimental verification, key error sources affecting the machining accuracy are finally identified by sensitivity analysis. The analysis result shows that the presented method can identify the important geometric errors having large influence on volumetric error of machine tool and is of help to improve the accuracy of machine tool economically.
机译:为了确定几何误差对加工精度的影响是误差补偿的重要前提,基于本文的多体系系统理论提出了几何误差的灵敏度分析方法。基于多体系系统理论建立了五轴机床的精度模型,通过实验验证获得了37个几何误差,通过灵敏度分析,最终识别出影响加工精度的关键误差源。分析结果表明,所提出的方法可以识别机床容量误差对大量影响的重要几何误差,并且有助于在经济上提高机床的准确性。
