Canna porous starch was produced from canna starch, the optimum parameters for double enzymes based on single factor level are as follows: the weight ratio of a- amylase and glucoamylase is 1:3, enzyme concentration 1.5%, pH 5.0, temperature b- 55°C,time 18 h, the porous starch with better absorbent for oil could be obtained.
