Creating convergence by complementing the servicity effects of European indicators among regions

摘要

The study aims at increasing efficiency in regional convergence methodologies by complementing European projects. Previous research showed servicity concept (the actual service brought to the socio-economic environment) as a qualitative feature of result indicators of European projects. The methodology regards: general aspects over regional development, regional convergence and servicity applied in European projects; correlation between regional convergence and European projects (servicity view); the relation: regional convergence - comparative advantages among regions - European projects for comparative advantages. The results will indicate an improved methodology for regional convergence increase.
