摘要

The effects of PW/S1O2 activation temperature on MPA (p-methoxyacetophenone) synthesis from toluene and acetic anhydride were carefully studied, and catalysts were carefully characterized by BET and XRD. The characterized results displayed that the interaction between PW and SiO_2 promoted the loss of acidic protons from PW to form the weak acid PW_(12)O_(38.5) over PW/SiO_2. The weak acid site PW_(12)O_(38.5) over PW/SiO_2 came into being when activation temperature increased to 300 °C, and the appearance of PW12O38.5 over PW/SiO_2 resulted in MPA yield decline.
