STUDY ON OPTIMAL SALE WEIGHT AND ZOOM TABLE OF ARBOR ACRES SPLIT-FEEDING BROILERS

摘要

In this paper, the authors use the relevant feed consumptions and corresponding weight data released by Arbor Acres (AA) and the method of regression to gain the production function (feed consumption-weight function) of Arbor Acres broilers, and then apply the principle of margin balance to respectively obtain the sale weight from which the largest profit can be made in accordance with the combination of different feeds and broiler prices, and hence formulate the zoom table for the optimal sale weight. This table can provide a scientific and simple rapid access tool for relevant producers to acquire the optimal sales weight from which the maximum profit can be made.
