Based on the rules and requirements of energy saving and using in the Green Building Evaluation Criteria, explore the green building realization model which adopts the low-cost energy saving technology and minimizes the environmental pollution in the entire life cycle of the building. It is desirable that the hall, with a blend of geographical features, be a comfortable, healthy and environment-friendly cultural building of international influence.
