Experimental research into the influence on middle school students' mental health during health promotion

摘要

It is pointed by the mental hygiene office of WHO: schools are the optimum places for promoting students' mental health as they may impart some skills for solving problems to students and change students' behaviors by intervening in special problems and giving psychological consultation. The Physical Education and Health has become one part of school education, which is the main way for promoting students' health and is naturally tasked to help students to improve their endurance and anti-frustration ability. The research is based on the experiments to promote middle school students' mental health, aiming at establishing a model for promoting middle school students' mental health through the experimental research into the promotion of middle school students' mental health, providing theoretical support for training new qualified talents as required for the society and making contributions to social harmony.
