A study on #x201C;Baotuan#x201D; internationalization strategy of small and medium-sized private enterprises in Zhejiang, China

摘要

The transformation and restructuring of the development model adopted by small and medium-sized private enterprises in Zhejiang, China should have an international perspective, and the internationalization development should become a new start for the economic development of private sector in Zhejiang. With reference to typical cases, the paper gives an insight into the basic “Baotuan” internationalization strategies of small and medium-sized private enterprises in Zhejiang, China, for the purpose of providing constructive evidences and approaches to the further research of SMEs' internationalization model.
