@@ The increasing of antibiotic resistance of pathogens against many commonly used antibiotics has become a great problem in clinical treatment[1]. Therefore, the new antibiotic drugs with distinct mode of action are required to develop for overcome resistance. Antimicrobial peptide (AMP) is an important effector molecule in the innate immunity system of organisms which exist in a great diversity of organisms. Because of broad spectrum of antibacterial activity, AMPs are being intensively studied with the objective of developing a new type of antibiotic drug[2,3]. Traditional antibiotics always killed bacteria through inhibition of some particularly physiological processes, such as DNA or protein synthesis, bacteria can easily achieve resistance to them via genomic mutations, In contrast, majority of AMPs target the cytomembrane independent on the specific receptors. The latter mode of action is a physical process that the bacteria hardly to develop strategies against compare with that of the former.
