Vacuum Kinematical Sealing for Vacuum Electro-slag Furnace

摘要

Vacuum electro-slag furnace has its unique advantages and applications. However,one of the key technologies to be resolved in designing of vacuum electro-slag furnace is the vacuum kinematical sealing between the false electrode (stinger) and the vacuum hood. So,in this paper,characteristics of vacuum electro-slag furnace and four structure types of vacuum kinematical sealing with their advantages and disadvantages are introduced.
