摘要

In our study, present data demonstrate that the percentage of wound closure was significantly increased in DM+MSCs+VitC when compared to DM group (p-value <0.05). Besides, the capillary vascularity of DM+MSCs+VitC group was also significantly increased as compared with the others, including DM and DM+MSCs groups (p-value <0.05). Therefore, the data have indicated that vitamin C supplementation could enhance the efficacy of MSCs on diabetic wound healing in associated with enhance capillary vascularity.
