@@ Applying organizational learning and resource-based perspective within a novel corporate entrepreneurship context, this paper exposes the characteristics and conceptualizes the construct of ‘corporate entrepreneurial learning process’ by capturing its simultaneous exploration and exploitation nature. Further, we examine the internal process and mechanism through with entrepreneurial orientation leads to greater performance. A study of 230 Chinese-based high-technology firms finds that entrepreneurial oriented firms gain greater performance through the engagement of exploration-exploitation learning processes and the accumulation of knowledge resources in the CE context.
