Research on Low-carbon in urban public facilities--- 'Take Sanya, Hai nan as an example'

The fundamental purpose of the setting of urban public facilities is to meet public demands of citizens, and realize a high efficiency, convenient life and the constructing a good living environment. This paper is demonstrated the necessity of realizing low-carbon in public facilities based on the principal of sustainable development and low-carbon economy. And Analysis a status and problems of low-carbon in urban public facilities, taking the Sanya City as an example, discusses construction methods of Low-carbon in urban public facilities.At last, the development path of low-carbon construct in public facilities which is suitable for Chinese cities.
