The Research on Low-carbon Logistics Transportation Strategy Based on Low-carbon Economy

In order to reduce the resources consumption and cut down the environment pollution, Advancing low-carbon logistics has become the development direction and inevitable trend in logistics industry in the future. The transportation is one of the major functions of logistics, this paper emphatically proposed the feasible strategies of developing low-carbon logistics from the angle of logistics enterprise, which based on the inevitability and the main restriction factors of low-carbon logistics. To implement low-carbon logistics transportation, logistics transportation enterprise should use the advanced transportation manners, as well as the environmental transportation tools, establish the intelligent transportation management system, improve transportation equipment and carry out the system of I/M(Inspection Maintenance Program), strengthen the training on automobile drivers and establish the performance management system, finally proposed that developing low-carbon logistics transportation also need government to lay down relevant policies and promotion measures.
