High-tech SMEs Financing Risk Prediction Management based on CBR

High-tech SMEs required substantial capital investment is capital and knowledge-intensive business, which associated with high yield and high risk. Shortage of funds is the main negative factors to restrict the growth of high-tech SMEs. Financing risk predictive control for high-tech SMEs has become particularly important. In this paper, based on case-based reasoning (CBR), case database of corporate finance risk prediction management is built. The greatest success stories similarity with unsolved problem can be resolved through case retrieval method. So the risk prediction management method is achieved for SMEs. At the same time, the decision-making would be more scientific and objective for all the lenders, shareholders and managers.
