The Value Engineering Method in Assessing Bidding of Equipment Procurement

The bidding assessment is an important part in the bidding process, but the current evaluation methods are still inadequate and problems exist. The principle of value method helps optimize function and cost, realize the reasonable combination of technology and economy and eventually helps choose the best fit bid winner. This paper mainly discusses the application of value equipment purchase procedures, and illustrates applications in practice.
