摘要

In order to make the reasonable cycle time, the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process)-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was applied to analyze the factors of affecting cycle time and the model feasibility was verified through a projecting example. With the development of the construction market, the project bidding is further regulative and extensive. In order to obtain more benefits, reducing project costs becomes very important to enterprise, so the construction quota which meets their own scale must be drawn up. All kinds of factors that would affect the cost will be measured, analyzed and evaluated by the construction quota, and the main quota difference is the measurable consumption, so it is important to make the quota of per hour construction machinery, while cycle time is the one of the main factors of affecting machinery quota.
