This article explain the meaning of patient satisfaction and theory of perceived service quality, then combined special areas of hospital services to present ideas that: cure the disease, cost, external environment, commitments and promises, perceptions of payment, and other factors will affect the hospital's patient satisfaction. These factors propose measures and suggestions to improvement the hospital patient satisfaction.
