Theory S is the theory proposing leader services for the employee. The paper describes two o advantages of theory S in improving employee engagement, and meanwhile proposed employee engagement improving model under the combining of theory S and engagement theory. Basing on this model, the concrete method of improving employee engagement is proposed.
