摘要

Private entrepreneurs in China are such a businessman group as they get a rapid growth taking force of China reform and opening and economic and social fast transformation. Due to lacking sound growth environment, they are with the inevitable inherent ethics value defect, which leads to the illegal crimes and harm the interests of stakeholders and other events, so their growth crisis appears. Rebuilding a new image with the aid of corporate social responsibility (CSR) become of great urgency. Based on the theories of CSR, stakeholders and Corporate Identification System (CIS), taking a large number of field researches and cases analyses as the basis, this paper develops entrepreneur social responsibility(ESR) target system, constructs an entrepreneur social responsibility image identification system(ESRII). It is expected to promote the transformation and upgrade of private entrepreneurs through advocating private entrepreneur social responsibility image mind (PESRIM) and normalized management.
