Waste heat recovery to produce electrical energy was experimentally carried out to the Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) system. ORC system consists of 4 main apparatus, namely: evaporator, Turbine/expander, pump, and condenser. In this paper, the experiment methodology has been illustrated on the ORC system with scroll type expander and R141b working fluid doing varying degrees of superheating at the constant mass flow rate. The experimental results show that with increasing the degrees of superheating, the fluid potential power has increased by 6%, the thermal efficiency of the system increased by 0.52%. Turbine isentropic efficiency ranges from 17.83% to 18.54%. Pump Efficiency ranges from 18,50% to 20,38% and Generator Efficiency between 14.72% to 15.96%.
