摘要

In conclusion, our study suggests that differences in microbial biodiversity among samples and shifts in soil microbial community structure can be essential ascribed to seasonal changes rather than to the different land-use. Moreover, this study confirms that Proteobacteria are abundant in soils (with an increment in Autumn), whereas the absence of Acidobacteria, could be due to the nutrient status of the ecosystem. Indeed, previous studies suggest that the ratio between Proteobacteria and Acidobacteria depends on trophic level, with a positive selection of Proteobacteria in nutrient-rich soils. Therefore, this ratio could suggest a good state of health for the soils examined in the present study, and the high prevalence of Proteobacteria could be used as an indicator of soil health.
