Study of Financing Models for Small and Low-profit Enterprises Based on the Third Party Logistics

Although small and low-profit enterprises are rapidly developing, they are running into deep financing straits. Furthermore, such enterprises are sent more struggling by the credit crunch currently affecting China. This paper, by studying the financing status quo of these enterprises, aiming to solve the problems from "logistics finance" perspective, and proposes such three financing models for small businesses as Advancement, Hypothecation and Guarantee, upon which gives separately new financing models centered on the third-party logistics(3PL), attempting to help all small and low-profit enterprises tide over the financial crisis.
