摘要

The effects of Er_2O_3 doping and PbCl_2 content on the structure of glasses of the composition 1(80- x)TeO_2+xPbCl_x+10MoO+10Zr_2O_3] ,with 0≤x≤15 mol%, and [75TeO_2-10MoO_2-10ZrO_2-5PbCl_2] glasses doped with 1-5 mol% of Er_2O_3 are investigated using Raman spectroscopy. It is found that the increase of both PbCl_2 and/or Er_2O_03 leads to the progressive formation of distorted TeO_(3+1) units followed by the creation of regular triagonal TeO_3pyramids (tps) associated with NBO. Raman bands assigned to vibrations of the OH" groups have been analyzed and the effect of Er_2O_3 doping and PbCl_2 content on the presence and nature of the OH" groups were discussed.
