As a result of cooling process theoretical analysis for parts with sintered powder stratums formation, residual pressure regularities in view of a relaxation are established. It is shown, that reduction of cooling speed after sintering allows to reduce the residual pressure level at the expense of the relaxation phenomenon. The rated relations, allowing to forecast the residual pressure permissible value depending on required adhesion strength, are deduced. As the analysis of obtained relations shows, residual pressure reduction in obtained coatings at the expense of its relaxation can be achieved by cooling speed reduction or increase of its time. Thus it is necessary to follow the observance of τ_i<τ_c requirement, where τ_c is the coatings theoretical adhesion strength in absence of residual pressure.
