The following contribution describes an innovative decision support tool for tactical man-machine networking. The paper starts with an introduction into general network processes. In the main part a self-forming tactical network with unmanned aerial vehicles is characterized. Multicriteria analysis techniques such as the PSI (Parameter Space Investigation) method, combined with machine learning methods enables continuing learning of tactical network adaptive management patterns. Such techniques provides the tactical commander with tools vital means for rapid prediction and adaption of tactical man-machine network on-the- move configuration. We present specific mullticriteria models for deploying and operating such unmanned systems. We describe new performance optimization techniques and conclude with small satellite addition to such a tactical network. First results are presented.
