The article analyzes the underground operating environment in the coal mine, such as temperature, humidity, lighting noise, odor, color, vibration, which have influence for physiology and psychology. The results show the uncomfortable temperature and humidity make people feel sultry, perturbed, exhausted, and even dizzy. The miners could become blunt in production operation, and their operational capacities gradually reduce with many accidents. The poor lighting condition could make eyes tired easily, which affect the operators'visual capacity, causing incorrect manipulation. Noise could affect hearing organ, eyespot, central nervous system, cardiovascular system, digestive system, respiratory system, which could bring about unpleasant mood, and reduce accuracy to judge the degree of the environmental safety, causing to breach of regulations. The underground air in the coal mine mixed with the poisonous gases could make miners headache, asthenia, drowsihead, and even poisoning, which could make miners thought slowness, and affect minos'behaviors. The gray environment under the coal mine could make minos visual slowness, and attention decline, increasing the probability of incorrect manipulation. Vibration could reduce visual accuracy and the accuracy of reading the instruments, causing unsafe behaviors easily. The measures have been promoted after analyzing the factors, which influence unsafe behavior.
