Role and orientation or sports agents have some taintness in term or the theory research and comprehension along with their development. Its concept is not defined precisely and consistently in different role or principal part, especially in representation of their society role and sports role, market main position and law position. At this point, we have discussed, corrected and hackled theory mistakes and comprehension windages on foundation of our current economy, society and sports industrial's condition via doing textual researches and reviewing sports agents history evolution.
