PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the credibility analysis of a telephone user on the basis of the current use state and past investigation history of a telephone number by performing an analysis method which is accurately suitable for analysis purposes which are different for each investigation client.;SOLUTION: An analysis method storage part stores a plurality of types of analysis method descriptions in association with method identifiers. An input process inputs a telephone number to be investigated to an investigation process, and inputs the method identifier to an analysis process. The investigation process calls a telephone network by using the telephone number from the input process as a destination, and determines the use attributes as a telephone number of the telephone number on the basis of the reaction of the telephone network, and inputs telephone number determination data to the analysis process. The analysis process inputs the telephone number determination data from the investigation process and the history data of the telephone number recorded in an investigation history database as input information, and extracts an analysis method description pertinent to the method identifier from the input process from an analysis method storage part, and performs the credibility analysis of a telephone user of the telephone number by a method based on the analysis method description, and outputs the analysis result.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
