Study on Family Capital and Other Factors Which Influence Adolescent Exercise Behavior in Stages: Taking Seven Cities of Fujian Province for Instance

摘要

In this paper, base on the "Adolescent Exercise Behavior Change in Stages", "economic capital", "cultural capital", "social capital" theory, the paper takes Seven Cities of Fujian Province family as a typical object to investigate the diverse characteristics of family environmental capital and influence factors of adolescent exercise behavior change in stages. The result shows that: 1) approximately 21.72% urban youth in the behavior of pre-training phase of intent, Only about 13.53% in the exercise behavior of urban youngsters to maintain phase;2) Economic capital at different stages of Exercise behavior does not have significant difference, and Cultural capital, social capital and parental awareness of sports have significant difference;3) Parents of sports consciousness and Cultural capital are key factors of Influencing young people's exercise behavior stage of change.
