On the Reasons and Influences of Financial Stability as Goal of Monetary Policy

According as the problem of financial stability affects the development of economics, the old goals system can't change financial instability automatically. It is necessary to add financial stability to goals system of monetary policy because the central bank has the responsibilities of achieving the goal of financial stability by monetary policy. It will contribute to long-term stable operation of the economy, and it also will bring a conflict situation of different goals in short-term and moral hazard.
