摘要

This paper has choosed 579 companys' annual datas as research samples, which were listed in ShenZhen stock exchange in 2009. And it empirically anysised the factors which influence the executive pay level. The results indicated that there was a significant positive correlation between the company performance and the executive pay, and that the effect of the executives' shareholding incentiving on the executives is not obvious. What's more, this paper choosed ROE as the company performances' measuring index.
