摘要

Customer experience marketing is a new marketing mode that absolutely distinct from traditional marketing. According to features of electronic retailing, this paper constructs an evaluating indicator system of customer experience in shopping online, and determines the weights of evaluating indicators with the help of AHP. The result confirms that emotive communication with customers and transaction security is the key factors of experience in shopping online.
