Recent years, nonstandard employment has beencoming an important method for organization to increase itsflexible ability. Especial the nonstandard employing knowledgeworkers (NSE KWs) have been the vital part of organization'score competition. NSE KWs have different natures and workingcontext comparing with standard employing knowledge workers(SE KWs), so there are different factors to influence their jobsatisfaction (JS). However there is little research on this topic.This research investigates main influencing factors of JS of NSEKWs, and compare the influencing factors' difference betweenNSE and SE KWs.
