摘要

This paper studies the factors of affecting consumers’ online shopping behavior. The factor model of online shopping is constructed on the basis of theoretical research and china’s reality. And the model is tested by LISREL8.7. This paper also puts forward the suggestions of promoting the consumers’ online shopping.
