The Application Research on Mountain Highway Speed-Control Hump

摘要

The research group relying on the Luofu Highway safety renovation project of Yunnan province, around the plan of control large vehicle under effective speed when crossing the long downhill slope. Firstly, we set up the “HumanBodyworkwheels” system vibration model, studied the influence of different fracture surface of speedcontrol hump on automobile ride theoretically, and designed appropriation speedcontrol hump with characteristics for use of expressway. According to the design scheme we produced the samples and carried out road test on Luofu highway(LuocunkouFuning) in Yunnan province,so as to optimize the scheme to the greatest extent. Finally the designers proposed a scientific plan for the speedcontrol hump layout, for the sake of realizing the target of control large vehicles’ speed effectively and improve long downhill stretch driving safety. Practice has proved that: the operational safety of long downhill slope can be greatly improved by using hump on mountain highway.
