摘要

Aiming to an automatic flux compensation valve we designed, we perform both numerical and experimental investigation .The RNGfc-? turbulence model and SIMPLE scheme based on unstructured grid system are adopted in numerical simulation. The relations of pressure difference and flux are obtained by simulating the flow of different spool displacement. In experimental investigation, we specially design a test-bed equipped with high sensitive sampled-data system, and get the flux characteristic under different pressure difference. Numerical and experimental investigations indicate that it's quite feasible to use three-dimensional CFD numerical computation to design the automatic flux compensation valve; moreover, the control precision is high.
