Potential for trolley buses in BHLS system and the example of line 31 in Zurich - (PPT)

The trolleybuses, type Mercedes O 405 GTZ, were over 15 years old and technically in a poor condition. Furthermore, they didn't correspond to the current requirements of public transport vehicles: No low floor entry (handicapped, baby buggy); No air-conditioning.
